Four new “One-page guide” documents to support the use of CPMS available at EuroBloodNet’s How to use CPMS section!

The ERN-EuroBloodNet’s Operational Helpdesk has produced four new documents “One-page guides” to support users in accessing and working in the CPMS by providing them with simple and concrete key steps, discover them!

The Clinical Patient Management System (CPMS) is an innovative tool for virtual medical consultation across international borders, which does not require travelling of patients. In order to support experts in accessing and using of the CPMS, the ERN-EuroBloodNet Operational Helpdesk has produced four new documents "One-page guides".

To create a CPMS account, first an EU login has to be established. To access the system, the CPMS account must be activated. This document contains the necessary steps to validate an account.

The access to the system will be possible maximum 24 h after the activation request. This guide provides the steps to log in to the CPMS for the first time.

To request a medical consultation, a patient must be enrolled in the system. This document explains to health professionals how to enrol a patient and open a panel.

Experts can request a video consultation meeting in the CPMS, to discuss patient's case with other clinicians. This document explains how to schedule such a meeting and how to invite other health professionals.
