Provide your input on the EC legislation's proposed definition of Unmet Medical Need by the EC.
Last 26th of April, 2023, the European Commission adopted a proposal for a new Directive and Regulation to revise and replace existing EU pharmaceutical legislation, improving patient access to safe and affordable medicines.
The European Commission is welcoming views on its proposal for a new Directive and Regulation. Therefore, EHA has created a survey to gather your input on the legislation's proposed definition of Unmet Medical Need, mentioned in Article 83 of the Directive.
We encourage you to take part in EHA advocacy and ensure the representation of the best interests of the hematology field with this EHA initiative!
