Third parties interested in accessing data held by ENROL will be required to submit an application form for data request that details the project for which the data is needed (see the section Legal frame). Requests will be reviewed by a Data Access Committee (DAC) composed by both health professionals and patients' representatives that ensures that the request aligns with the purpose of ENROL. Once the DAC approves the request, a Data Sharing/Transfer Agreement will be signed regulating terms and conditions for the use of data.
