ERN-EuroBloodNet Topic on Focus: Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP) for Patients is an educational programme, co-led by ERN-EuroBloodNet and Bulgarian Association of TTP, aims to equip patients with the knowledge and skills to understand their condition, manage their health effectively and advocate for better care.
This educational program is created in partnership with Bulgarian Association of TTP represented by the ePAG Ioana Todorova and supported by members of the scientific committee: Prof Flora Peyvandi (Foundation IRCCS Ca'Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico, Milan, Italy) and Prof Paul Coppo (Hôpital Saint-Antoine, Paris, France).
Webinar Description

- 5 minutes patient testimony + speakers presentations of 35-minutes in total + 15-minute of Q&A

Each session is co-moderated by an expert physician and a patient representative. The session begins with a patient testimonial, followed by the physician introducing the topic and presenting the relevant clinical knowledge. Throughout the session, the patient representative helps ensure that the information is clear and accessible to patients and their families. They also highlight the concepts that are most important from a patient perspective and invite the physician to clarify these points for the webinar audience.
