Prof. Ygal Benhamou graduated in Medicine in Rouen University (France) in 2007 and he obtained his PhD in Pharmacology in 2014. Since 2016, he has been nominated as a professor of Internal Medicine at Rouen University School of Medicine. He is currently head of the Internal Medicine department of the Rouen University Hospital and he is member of the National Reference Center for Thrombotic Microangiopathies and also coordinates the Regional Refernce Center for Rare Vascular Diseases. He is co-author of the French guidelines for Venous Thrombosis diseases He is author of over 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals.
