The Networking Support Scheme (NSS) funding opportunity is now open!

The European Joint Programme on Rare Diseases’ Networking Support Scheme (NNS) is a funding opportunity which aims:

- to promote the dissemination of knowledge on rare diseases or rare cancers between healthcare professionals, researchers and patients; 

- to ensure the participation of usually underrepresented countries in Europe in new and promote research networks on rare diseases or rare cancers.

With this purpose, the NSS will provide financial support to applicants willing to organize workshops or conferences following the criteria below:

1. Form new research networks or expand existing research networks;
2. Strengthen collaborations between different stakeholders in different countries;
3. Enable the exchange of knowledge.
4. These workshops or conferences should be (the implications of) research results and innovative solutions. The results of these networking events may lead to future collaborative and novel research efforts.

If you are willing to organize the event between May 15 and September 1, 2023, we encourage you to submit your application in the submission system of the EJPRD website.
