The American Society of Hematology (ASH) is the world's largest professional society of clinicians and scientists who are dedicated to conquering blood diseases. Its 67th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition will take place December 6-9, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, and online.
Abstracts submitted for oral and poster presentation at the ASH annual meeting represent important, novel research in the field and are considered the best of the thousands of abstracts submitted. Typically, more than 7,000 scientific abstracts are submitted each year, and more than 5,000 abstracts are accepted for oral and poster presentations through an extensive peer review process.
In the framework of ERN-EuroBloodNet, the abstract "Patient-driven insights in sickle cell disease: Results from a global survey informing public health strategies" was presented, and Mariangela Pellegrini will be presenting it in person during the poster session.
