ERN-EuroBloodNet contributes to the ImmuneT-ME consortium
ERN EuroBloodNet is a partner in the ImmuneT-ME consortium, a project funded under the European Partnership for Personalised Medicine - Joint Transnational Call for Proposals 2024 (EP PerMed JTC2024).
ImmuneT-ME unites researchers, clinicians, computational scientists, and professional and patient organisations from across Europe. The consortium aims to improve the understanding of the immune tumour microenvironment in mature T-cell malignancies through multi-omics technologies, computational analyses, and large patient cohorts. By identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets, the project seeks to support more precise patient stratification and the development of personalised treatment strategies for these rare and aggressive cancers.
The project ImmuneT-ME, which runs from 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2028, brings together leading European experts and organisations to advance personalised medicine for mature T-cell leukemias and lymphomas.
ERN EuroBloodNet's role in the project
ERN EuroBloodNet co-leads Objective 3 and contributes to the project's education and dissemination activities. These include organising preceptorships for healthcare professionals, delivering webinars to raise awareness among patients, and establishing a Europe-wide directory of specialists in mature T-cell lymphomas (MaTCL). The Network will also support the development of a MaTCL patient factsheet for wider dissemination.
In addition, ERN EuroBloodNet contributes to the project's communication and dissemination strategy by promoting project results and resources through its network and collaborating with European lymphoma patient organisations to maximise outreach and impact.
