The 21st Annual Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Conference (ASCAT 2026) will take place in London from 7-10 October, bringing together healthcare professionals, researchers, patients and other stakeholders working in the field of sickle cell disease and thalassaemia.

Patient sessions: Mental Health and Quality of Life in Sickle Cell Disease
For the eighth consecutive year, ERN-EuroBloodNet and the RADeep Network are organising dedicated patient sessions as part of ASCAT, taking place from Wednesday to Friday.
This year, the sessions will focus on "Mental Health and Quality of Life in Sickle Cell Disease", addressing the important impact of sickle cell disease on mental health and quality of life.
