The therapeutic toolkit for myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) is expanding rapidly, but the central challenge is no longer simply identifying what works. It is understanding which combinations work best for which patients, and at what point in the disease course, to genuinely change the natural history of the disease.
RiseMPN 2026 is designed to foster translational dialogue around three key axes: Mechanism → Combination → Trajectory. The event will take place on 6-7 November 2026 at the Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park in Rome, Italy.
By bringing together basic scientists, translational researchers, clinical trialists, and clinicians around a shared guiding question, RiseMPN 2026 aims to shape a framework for the next era of MPN care.
