Professor Fenaux, a leading expert in hematology and head of the Senior Hematology Department at Hôpital Saint-Louis (AP-HP, Paris), delivered an in-depth session on Lower-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). Drawing from his extensive clinical and research experience, he provided valuable insights into the recent treatment and ongoing challenges in managing this complex group of disorders.
